1. Merino sheep are renowned as having the softest and finest wool of any sheep. Their wool is natural, and the structure of its fibre is unique, and has not managed to be recreated synthetically.

As Merino Wool is often used as base layers, it is important to ensure that it is comfortable. Depending on the environment you are in, it may be impossible to remove gloves and outerwear to adjust your base layers.
10. If you need fire retardant clothing, look for products that meet the EN 531 standard for protective clothing, protective clothing against industrial heat. These clothes will have undergone rigorous testing to ensure that they are suitable for those whose working environment involves heat or fire, such as fire fighters and welders.
